Hello Ruff Ryders, I've been a member of the IAA boards for about a year, and I've had some contact with easy cheez there. Anyway, as a Mishawaka resident, I thought I should introduce myself over here.
You may know me from IAA as Queens_own_highlander. I'm a newlywed/ish grad student at ND, so my time and money are at a premium, as you can imagine. I'm a rank n00b with no equipment to my name other than an ICS mp5 and a British army sweater. Anyway, I have zero experience, but once I get a battery and ammo, I'd love the opportunity to blow off some of my stress by shooting and being shot (mostly the latter, I imagine).
Hopefully, I can meet some of you soon.
All the best, Christopher/QOH

First off, congrats on getting married. My life ended about a year and a half ago so I know how it feels to sign your life away to a life of matrimonial servitude.
and, hey, we feel you on the lack of funds. You may notice from our website (http://geocities.yahoo.com/rrsoftair) that our basic uniform requirements are 3 items totaling less than $80 or so. We like to keep it simple so nobody has to go into debt to pay for gear. I'm a soon-to-be grad student myself after I finish racking up student loan debt for my teaching license.
Keep in contact and let us know how you're doing, we'd love to have you with us for a skirmish.

Welcome to the boards!
All that is required is the basic RR uniform which consists of green bdu's and proper eye protection. Other equipment is suggested to add to the experience. I'll post some links to some cheap gear that would work with our look. Also check out Cheez's link at cheaperthandirt.com
Hopefully we can all get together and have a little scrim.

Hey guys,
Just getting into airsoft, darn kids got me hooked! I live in Elkhart, IN and just got a decked out UTG L96 and love it.
Wondering if a ghillie suit/ ghillie poncho is within the reqs of your uniform?
Anyways, just looking for something local where I might be able to hang and get some experience. Also wanting to pop in and say hello and introduce myself.
Peace, James
